  • Two core modules
  • Two elective modules
  • Two capstone modules

We recruit like-minded professionals, with diverse backgrounds, to ensure that we continue to provide expert service to an ever-broadening range of clients. Our Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) training and mentorship program equips students with the necessary resources and support for a successful career in accounting.

While our students work towards their CPA designation, they will begin relevant work experience at our firm. The complexity of the work increases along with the progression of the program. Our office is a collaborative learning atmosphere. In our office your education comes first.

The Canadian CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) program process is a comprehensive pathway that encompasses education, examination, practical experience, and professional development. It begins with meeting the academic requirements, which involve completing specified accounting and business courses through accredited post-secondary institutions or preparatory programs. These courses cover a wide range of topics including financial accounting, management accounting, taxation, auditing, and business strategy. Once the academic requirements are fulfilled, candidates must successfully pass the CPA Common Final Examination (CFE), a rigorous assessment that evaluates their knowledge, skills, and abilities across various accounting and business disciplines.

Following the examination, candidates must accrue practical experience under the guidance of a qualified CPA mentor or employer. This practical experience component is crucial for developing the necessary competencies and skills required for the accounting profession. Candidates engage in hands-on work in areas such as financial reporting, audit and assurance, management accounting, and taxation, gaining valuable insights and practical knowledge that complement their academic learning. Throughout the practical experience period, candidates are encouraged to continuously enhance their skills and knowledge through ongoing professional development activities.

Upon completion of the education, examination, and practical experience requirements, candidates are eligible to receive the CPA designation, signifying their expertise and professionalism in the accounting field. The CPA designation is highly regarded both domestically and internationally, opening doors to a wide range of career opportunities in public accounting, corporate finance, government, and consulting. Moreover, CPAs are expected to adhere to high ethical standards and continue their professional development to stay abreast of industry changes and advancements. Overall, the Canadian CPA program process provides a structured and rigorous framework for individuals aspiring to excel in the accounting profession, equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and credentials to thrive in today's dynamic business environment.
